Rent 2 Buy Homes is a website to get people onto the property ladder via a rent-to-buy scheme. The website lists available properties, and allows potential landlords and tenants to register so that they can be put in touch with each other.

The website uses a custom built PHP application to display a MySQL database of properties editable via an administrator’s area.

The forms within the website are designed to be as simple to use as possible, with the intention of maximising conversions whilst minimising the potential for spamming.
